From Our Plant to Your Production Line
Every lot is checked for calibre, length and strength before it leaves us, so your line runs smoothly and every sausage looks the same.
Store cool
Keep covered in salt or brine at 2–8 °C, away from light.
Rinse & soak
Rinse off the salt, then soak in lukewarm drinking water for 30–60 minutes.
Flush & stuff
Run water through the inside, then load and stuff. Return unused casings to salt.
