Sheep and goat casings come in calibres from 18/20 to 26/28 mm. Beef casings (rounds, middles and bungs) are available in all internationally used sizes for salami, mortadella, ring sausages and large cured products.

Rinse & soak
Rinse off the salt, then soak in lukewarm drinking water for 30–60 minutes.
Flush & stuff
Run water through the inside, then load and stuff. Return unused casings to salt.
